Excellent location near the Jewish quarter, offering delicious local food and friendly Polish people. Clean rooms and professional spa services. Superb staff, especially the helpful concierges. Pleasant surprise for our child upon arrival. Large food portions and amazing massage session.

The hotel's location was perfect, with beautiful views right next to the river and within walking distance to the city centre. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, with friendly and helpful reception staff and attentive breakfast staff. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, with options to suit all tastes. The hotel also had great facilities, including a pool and wellness suite, and the option for relaxing massages.
The TV channels were limited, with only one English channel available.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was superb, with it being conveniently close to Enterprise park and the shopping mall. Additionally, being in the Kazimierz district and right next to the river added to the overall charm of this place. The staff at the reception desk were exceptionally helpful and friendly, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They even offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of choices for both adults and children. I also appreciated the option for room service and the availability of a shuttle service to and from the airport.
I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The room was clean and modern, and we were pleasantly surprised by the special activities for kids, including a play area and spa. The hotel also had a gym, although it was a bit outdated. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's location was convenient, being close to a shopping mall and right next to the river. We were able to walk to the Kazimierz area and even to the old town, although it was about 2 km away. Alternatively, we could take a tram or taxi to the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our extra bed was prepared quickly upon arrival. this hotel provided a great experience for families and offered a wide range of amenities.
